Phone & Fortnite limits & behaviour

How do you find it affects your children's behaviour even with limits?

My 14&12 year old have phones (only have in for secondary)

And my 10yo has Fortnite. After months of asking, I gave him a chance so he can have private settings gs and can only play with school friends. But the attitude and obsession is obvious.

nothing before ten
nothing after 8.30
phone left in my room overnight

no phones on dog walk (he takes dog for 2 walks a day in holidays)

and no phone at dinner table

We pretty much had the same rules as which.
