Crying 12 week old

My 12 week old literally cries 80% of the time. When she's awake she's always on the edge of crying. I have to distract constantly and if I dare leave her for 2 minutes she screams. Unless she's watching dancing fruits on YouTube she can do about 10 minutes. I think she gets bored really quickly. It's exhausting and everyone around me says 'babies cry' but surely not to this extent. My friend took her out the other day and she cried for 5 out of the 6 hours!
We walk a few times a day and she's generally ok in the pram, unless I stop. I have a swing chair, a bouncer and a play mat. We have a sling but she's not fussed with it. When she cries she doesn't like to be held but put her down and she screams even louder. She likes laying on her back and doesn't spit up much. She's on Kendamil and so I've been wondering if it's that with it being whole milk, agitating her stomach, but then it isn't directly linked to feeding. She does have about 2-3 explosive poos a day. I have a sleep consultant coming to support as she will only nap 30 mins at a time in the day, so could it be overtiredness?! Trying everything I can possibly think of. I guess I'm just asking if anyone has similar and if it gets better as they get older. I struggle to get up in a morning because I dread the day! I have lots of family who help by taking her for a couple of hours etc. Just wondering if anyone has had similar and what they did to get through it?!

Just to add, she's been like this since day 1, apart from until apart 8 weeks she used to nap much more!

Has she also been on Kendamil since day one?

She has. We've just changed her to Kendamil goat to see if it makes any difference at all.

Do you think that there's a chance ahead could have CMPA?

I know that lots of people say that Goat's Milk is good for babies with CMPA but I have it and Goat's milk really does not suit me.

Thank you for your reply. She does have explosive poos that are quite mucusy but that's about it in terms of the symptoms that I've read.
HV said she doesn't think it's an allergy. Also, some days are better than others, if it was an allergy would it be the same everyday.

Did she have any of the other symptoms in the link? Wink
