They are both driving my blood to boiling point as they are either like hooligans and go on screaming rampages or else they bicker and flight and reduce each other to tears and argue with each endlessly ... Anyone else with similar experiences and advice on how to deal with it ? I am beginning to hate them !

Ignore the arguing unless they are actually hurting each other.
'Sibling Rivalry' by Faber and Mazlish is good on how to help them to learn to solve their disagreements without running to you every time.

Go into a different room and ignore unless they are actually hurting each other, it is a natural way of learning how to deal with coflict outside of the home. Doesn't really make it any less irratating though, just try to ignore as much as possible, the more you intervene the worse they are (well mine are anyway).
