10 week old sleeping too much

Hi,
This might be a silly question but here goes.

My little one is 10 weeks old and I feel she just sleeps all the time! I've had two other babies and I don't remember them being like this! She is EBF and wakes to feed every 2-3 hours in the day and 5 hours overnight. However I would say that she is only awake for probably 2 hours on average per day when not feeding. When she is awake she is alert and shuffling round her play mat and reaching and watching things. I have a hv appointment tomorrow and I will mention this to her but just wondered if anyone had any advice? She has been the same since she was born, only really cries when she wants feeding or coming out of the bath and seems very content when sleeping. I am finding it hard to do tummy time with her due to her being sleepy. Should I be waking her up more if she is asleep do you think?

thanks

Is she growing @hiya657?

Yes she has followed the 50th centile so far but hasn't been weighed for a month. I've just done a rough weight by me standing on the scales with and without her and she is around 12lb which would be just above the 50% still

It's good that she's finally following her weight centile. Might be worth getting her weighed and just mentioning how much she's sleeping to the HV?
