Should I be concerned? My just turned 4 yr old keeps having the most awful tantrums… she screams at the top of her lungs, doesn’t stop crying, hits out, bites, throws stuff. It’s like she wants to get a reaction, she really got me tonight and I started to cry and she just carried on… an hour later calmed her down by sitting near her telling her it’s ok and I loved her but I am really getting worried. She was similar to this at about 2.5 but I stopped certain programmes changed sugar out of her diet, not all the time but just treats at the weekend.
My minds going round in circles. I don’t know any child who is like this , I honestly don’t.

I so wish I could offer help and advise, I know how hard it is. My 7 year old is the same at the moment. I hope it's normal!
