we got awarded dla for our 4 year old but only middle rate before we got awarded this we had sent in a letter from our family worker and also a doctors letter confirming Jaylens behaviour is sometimes bad.
I have put in a mandatory reconsideration because I feel like he needs the high rate care… he doesn’t sleep at night I have a camera at top of my stairs due to him wondering through the night, I’ve had to put my children in separate bedrooms as he hurts his brother I’ve mentioned all of this.. really worried they won’t award him it because I have no letter from nursery or anything more for evidence :( :( please has anyone ever been accepted for high rate care without loads of evidence?
