is it me or are babies doing things younger and younger!!

baby at toddler group today walking at 7 months!! apparently he cruised at 5 months, sat at 4 months, crawled at 3 months, and rolled over at 2 days old!! my jaw dropped to the floor i can tell you.

DD1 started walking at 8mths and walking by herself at 9mths. But she didn't crawl until she was about 18mths .

And yes she was an early walker/climbing, but she was late talking she didn't talk until she was nearly 2 years.

My dh walked at 8 months and was crwling at 4 months. DS hasn't inherrited the 'mobile gene' though and isn't crawling yet at 8 months, although he rolled and sat quite early. I saw that baby on tv that walked at 6 months! It must be so wierd! He did look cute though but can you imagine the hasstle and the trouble a walking 6 month old would cause?! Scary!

ds walked at 9months & that was hassle enuff 4 me.
