Oval pupil

I've noticed my 5 month old has vertical oval shaped pupils.
Is this normal for babies ?? Do they change ?

The right and left are like this.
Do I need to mention it to health visitor ?

He's also currently going through it with possible Erbs Palsy or Cerebral Palsy we're waiting for appointments with specialists. I was wondering if they could be linked to either of these ?

I don’t know if it’s linked to anything in your child, but just to give some reassurance until you get professional reassurance - one of my pupils has been oval shaped since birth and doesn’t affect my sight at all. Gives the opticians a nice surprise though!
