Would love to take my 6mo swimming but don't know where to start! One pool near us (Tyldesley) does Surestart mother + baby classes but they only have one big pool and it's always freezing. Another one (Howe Bridge) does a class but it's not lessons, just a 'turn up and swim' thing. Are lessons better in the long run? Waterbabies doesn't have anything local to me (I'm in Astley). Anybody from Manchester area have any suggestions?
