2 year old early wake up

Hi!
Our 2 y/o (25 mo) has started waking up at 0445. It has been for a few weeks now. He was never a later sleeper but 0630 was the general rule of thumb.
Any tips on how we can get this back to where it was, or is this it now?

We have blackouts and white noise, he has always had these.

TIA!

Is he with you in the day? I'd limit his nap to 1.5 hours giving him two full sleep cycles and up his protein. So instead of one his snacks offer something like eggy bread and some berries, cheese on toast with some halved cherry tomatoes, hummus and baby breadsticks, a one egg omelette.

A DF did this with her DD and she started sleeping later. Her DD was quite tall, so lots of growing, and she just must have been hungry.

If that fails, I think there's a section on early waking in No Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers & Preschoolers if I remember correctly Wink

@CadyEastman Thank you so much. DS is 2 but looks 3 (apparently) because he is quite tall. protein increase here we come. :)
