Toddler with aggressive tantrums

Mummy's I need some advice for a very exhausted mum please. I'm at a loss with my toddler. For over 2years I have been really struggling with hyperactive, aggressive behaviour and tantrums pretty much since my little ones 1st birthday. They seem to happen all the time and seemingly out of no where, my toddler is very sweet, loving and kind a lot of the time but the mood sings and violent outbursts that happen at home are really grinding me down. We have a very calm and quiet house hold, we don't have family it's just dad and I and it's really becoming hard.I have addressed it with the Health Visitor on multiple occasions and been told some is sensory based it will pass that was over 2years ago, a year ago our health visitor left the area and we haven't had any support there since. I feel like a failure as I'm doing everything to give my little one the best care and love but nothing seems to be easing these outburst. I don't know where to go with this now, getting a doctor appointment has been impossible and I'm really starting to struggle mentally with this. Is this just a faze or should I be genuinely be considered about this behaviour? Any advice what I can do to get support or identifying what's happening.
