Gas/wind pain?

My baby has just finished his first 24 hours fully ok formula after being breast fed. Today he was been v unsettled, squirming lots and seems like it’s straining his face. He won’t go into his crib and will only be held to sleep! Do you think this may be gas pain/adjusting to formula? Any ideas?

Has he had formula before OP and have you transitioned gradually?

We did a couple of formula feeds for s few days but due to mastitis we’ve then had to drop breastfeeding completely and this is his first full day of formula. He started taking formula gradually since Sunday.

I've had Mastitis and it's not pleasant. How are you getting on? Have you following the advice from Kellymom? It might help you to recover more quickly.

It could help the swap to formula. Usually the advice is to swap one feed every two weeks so he will take a little while to adjust.

You could try adding Dentinox to the bottle to see if that helps?
