I was never aware about what a "smooth philtrum" was given I do not have one but I have been wondering if my daughter does after seeing pictures and analyzing her frequently. Her pediatrician has never mentioned anything but I might bring it up so I was wondering if anyone sees this if they think it is "smooth" here is a pic attached.
