Could baby be teething?

DS is 11 weeks… for the last few days he has been quite grouchy. He found his hands a couple of weeks ago but has gone from happily sucking on them to trying to ram them in his mouth and chew on them quite aggressively, rubbing his hand along his gum. Tried him with a teething toy earlier and he had a good chew on it. He’s also chewing on his dummy and fidgeting it in and out of his mouth instead of sucking. He’s been very dribbly, a bit more sicky and not feeding as well as normal. It seems much too young for teeth?!

It's definitely not too young, there is the odd post about newborns teething if you search for them.

Annoying though as Ibruprofen is from 3 months.
