Chewing hands

I know that them chewing their hands is normal developmentally but when does it end as I’ve not had a good nights sleep in weeks!!!!! My daughter started chewing her hands at around 8 weeks she’s now 12 weeks and there’s no end in sight. She spends all night awake crying because she would rather ram her hands down her throat and make herself sick than to sleep. Not 5 minutes after we settle her back off they’re back in her gob. We can’t swaddle her as she’s started rolling and covering her hands makes no difference. I just need to know how much longer I can expect this as I’m staring to go insane
