Toe walking

Hello everyone ☺️
i have a lovely daughter of 15 months old . She started walking at 12 and always been flat foot but lately I have noticed that , at times , especially barefoot , she toe walks . She is very communicative and engaging. She always responds to her name , very affectionate and articulate. Should I be worried about that ?
I have also noticed that she doesn’t particularly want to hold the bottle or food . She eats well , can do finger food and hold her sippy cup but I am worried that it might be a sign of autism .
any advice would be greatly appreciated

ps : she still twirls her hands only when it is feeding time or excited? Is it still normal at 15 months ?
