9 month old started crying randomly in pram

Sounds ridiculous but he's always been sooo happy in his pram. However today after half an hour of a pleasant walk he just lost it, there was no build up, just full on upset. We were walking by a busy road at the time & I wondered if that may be it. We then had a dentist appointment for me & he did the same in there, normally he's chilled as anything no matter where we are or who we are with. After 5 mins he was fine, smiling, back in the pram & 5 minutes down the road in tears again! I can't pinpoint anything. He has got about 6 teeth trying to come through at once but tbh the pram is the one place he's never usually fussy! He's not grabbing his ear or anything making me think it's earache. Sounds ridiculous to post about something so random guy just wondered if anyone else has had this or any ideas! TIA xx

It might be the pain from his teeth. Is he having any pain relief?

@CadyEastman no because he's been happy as anything as he usually is today.. he hasn't even had his hands in his mouth, or drooling etc, so as much as I can see teeth emerging & trying to break through he hasn't shown any symptoms of being in pain if that makes sense. He's been fine this evening. I'm wondering if the traffic was too loud for him, as we were right next to a busy road, but it's never happened before. Thanks for your reply!

It could be the traffic. If his pram faces the traffic rather than he might have been a bit overwhelmed?
