Does anyone know where I can buy a huge buggy from ? My daughter has grown out of the push chairs that are designed to go up to 4 years. She is only 3 but is very tall. We live miles away from anywhere and I don't drive, and since our busses are sooo expencive we really need a comfy push chair for her. She will probubly need one untill she's 5 ish by which time she will be the height of a 6.5 year old.
Does any pushchair fit up to 7 years ?
She likes to sleep on the jorney back and she can't do this in her pushchair at the moment as her head hangs off the back rest. I'd be really greatfull for any suggestions.

mothercare do a special needs one that does up to 50kgs: Maclaren Major Elite

CarGirl · 02/04/2008 22:02

the phil & ted sport is very long in the back but not much leg room, the P&T ancient kiwi explorer has lots more leg room if you see one on ebay.

mountain buggy do a special needs extra large one, I've not heard good reviews on the major elite tbh a 3 wheeler would be much better.

mountain buggy i would recommend - they are huge

P+T sport fits my quite tall 4yr old ds in but he is only thin aswell. He is about 112cms or so so size of a 5 ir 6 yr old

I have seen a boy with special needs in the Maclaren Elite one linked below. He looked about 7 or 8 yo to me and he fit in it just fine.

mountain buggy, or import a BOB from the states.

i am selling my zooper zydeco. ds is only 21 months but he has plenty of room and should imagine he would fit until at least 4.

Easylife sport is great - it folds smaller than a mountain buggy and is imo stronger.

Very cheap on ebay!
