My 8 year old seems to.be having issues with her anger lately. She is a clever kind girl , caring amd loving. When she asks a question and we say no she doesn't like.it. she will then go o to ask the same question in a different way but the answer will still be no. She will then start crying, answering back and then it will turn into a full on tantrum where she is screaming, crying and so angry feeling like she can't breather. Saying we hate her that i am not nice.... Once it's over she will then apologise and feel bad . How do I handle it? Has anyone else been through this? I am stressed and worried
