Our current bedtime routine with our 18 week old is as follows:
6:15: bath
6:30: cream/massage with singing/book
6:45: feed
7: down for sleep
This past few weeks, my LO has cried/screamed through the whole routine and is only quiet when the bottle teet enters his mouth! 🫠🫠🫠bath time is his time with daddy and I feel awful that he just screams at him.
Just wondered if anyone has had a similar experience/has any tips for overcoming it? I did see some advice that said feed first, then bath but not sure that’s the way to go. My LO can normal go 2.5-3 hours between feeds and we normally start the bedtime routine around 2 hours after his last feed. But then again, I know it’s better for them to be full before a bath.
