Regression sign?

My baby is 17 weeks and we’re currently in the 4 month regression.
Last couple of days when going down for a nap in the carrier he’s kind of moaned as he falls asleep, it’s sort of like his normal babbling but sad/whiney sounding. This morning I put him down for a nap after falling asleep in my arms and he kept his eyes shut but for about 10 minutes was doing this sad whining. I left him for a bit to see if he settled and eventually settled him with my hand on his chest.

I'm just curious if it’s to do with the regression maybe or anyone else has experienced this? I’ve tried googling but it’s not the easiest thing to explain 😅
