My 21 month old keeps hitting themselves on head!

I am really concerned about my little one’s behaviour - she keeps hitting herself on head and it’s really sad to keep witnessing! I don’t know what to do or just how concerned I should be - should I be phoning my health visitor?

I found mine did this with frustration before their speech caught up with their emotions.
