Hi guys ,I've got a 3 month old who's got a cows milk allergy and we are going through different milks it's so stressful, on top of that my 5 year old is playing up ,just not enjoying this stage at all feel like I've made a mistake having another child ,I love her to bits but she's so hard ,I've got PND aswell just not enjoying please tell me I'm gonna get over this stage feel at a loss

Having PND plus a baby with CMPA sounds really tough OP. Plus your other DC is probably not at school at the moment.

Are you getting any support for your PND? The Pandas Foundation is supposed to be good

Morning! I've had the exact same issue. We had 4 different milks until one suited her. She also has reflux, so she is on medication for that too. It does get better, but I completely understand how hard it is right now. Feels like there isn't any light at the end of the tunnel. You'll be fine. She won't be a baby for long. As soon as the milk is right, things will pick up.
