1 month old won't poop

I wonder if anyone can help me? My 1 month old has now gone over 4 days without a full bowel movement. I saw a hv last Thursday and mentioned that on formula she isn't pooping as she should. I was told to use the ready made formula as that can help clear her out and make her regular. After she has passed a bowel movement to then replace one feed a day with the powdered formula which I make up, gradually increasing until she's fully back on powdered formula. I'm getting concerned as she still hasn't had a full poop. The past two days, there's been a tiny wipe away amount of poop in her nappy, but not a full amount. Who can I ring to help check her out? I'm in the UK.

She takes 150ml bottles, no temperature, no vomiting.

Is she trying to pop? Is she uncomfortable at all?

I take it you've tried the usual like tummy massage, going in a walk with her in a sling or just arranging somewhere important to go? She's bound to pop just as you leave

Which formula is she on @MrsTosh87 and have you ever changed it?

She tries when she's awake and strains a bit. I've tried the tummy rubs, bicycle kicks etc. She was combi fed after birth (she pooped a lot) but due to having an infection in my section wound a week after, I had to stop boob feeding and my supply ran out. Then went solely to powdered formula. She's having Cow and Gate first infant milk.

Never changed the formula type.

I’m assuming you’ve tried all of the below, but if not here’s a list of things we did to help move things along:
warm bath
tummy massage
bicycle legs
car ride (for some reason this always worked for my so !)
gently pressing on the bottom of baby’s foot or palm of hand.

If she’s still not pooping after this and the change of formula then call your HV again. If they aren’t helpful then you can try your GP
