really bad behaved 7 year old

my 7 year old daughter is always in trouble she hits her brother and sisters all the time screams in temper all the time will not do anything she is asked or told she walks out in front of cars and walks off she lies all the time even about the smallest of matters like crisps i am at my wits end with her feel like i cant take no more no matter what punishment i try it never works i have tried everything from time out on stairs to grouding her to the chair i send her to bed and she just goes to sleep i have taken her toys off her and she couldnt care less help someone please

Ds 7 is also a lot more angry than he's ever been before and does a lot of screaming in temper. But I seem to remember that dd did too at that age and she's stopped doing it now, so no doubt there is light at the end of the tunnel.
We're trying to keep calmly reinforcing that he is not to scream, that he won't get what he wants from screaming. Also, we've decided to have a TV-free week, as we're fed up with squabbles over the remote control.

it not the tantrums that worry me as such its the just not understanding that walking in front of a car isa really bad thing to do as it will kill you and she is also asthmatic and cant understand that if she will not take her inhalours that it could kill her i feel like i am banging my head against a brick wall i am taking her to the doctors tomorrow as i need help its just to much now thanks for the suppoert
