Am I going bald??? See images

I can't tell if I am going bald or just suffering with temporary hair loss. Over the past few months I have been losing a lot more hair then usual in the shower and when brushing. I have been through stress. My baby was hospitalised in December for 2 weeks, bad news in the family, lost our house, I work 24 hour shifts and I barely sleep. It's been a lot recently. My mums hair is on the thicker side and my sisters hairs are medium, definitely not thin!
But recently my hair has become half its thickness! My part has become way more visible and im shedding so much hair! Is this temporary or is this me going bald genetically?!!! This is how much hair I'm losing at the minute each time I shower. It never used to be this much!

get a blood profile done as a starting point. You could be low in iron/ferritin which causes hair loss. Could be stress induced.
