There are a group of young people down in the Slipper Pond area (5.15pm Sat eve) who have just ripped off a CCTV sign and thrown it into the Mill Pond - we believe they are the same young people who were causing a problem throwing stones at boats / people in the marina and also reported on Mumsnet for knocking over dustbins / causing a nuisance around Emsworth last Wednesday evening. Does anyone know them and could they please speak to them / their parents to find out why they are behaving like this & to stop this behaviour.
I feel very sad to be posting these pictures of youngsters but the police have been involved and they have encouraged us to report all incidences of problems, however minor and have encouraged us to post photos to enable us to reach the parents / guardians.
Please can I encourage all to report all disturbances by 999 if immediate threats to individuals or property or by online reporting including photos to ......
