1 year old unresponsive to name

Hi my 1 year old dose not respond to is name nor other commands to gain is attention should I be concerned or is they out I can do to help

@liam27 I think it might be one of the things that they should be doing? Have you had the 12 month check yet?

Is he in a multicultural/multilingual home because my sons name is very different in our language vs in English and he never responds in English. He barely responds to anything too (18mo) and that might be a factor
