Advice on how to move away from contact naps

Hey. Any advice or tips.
I have EBF (and still am) my 10m she has pretty much co slept with me from birth.
I enjoy our contact naps however need to move away from them but finding it tricky to settle in the cot.

Does anyone have any success stories of how they managed to navigate this situation? I’m not prepared to let her cry it out in there

DD was fairly easy to transition as she would sleep in the car or in the pram. DS was a bit harder so I used to go to bed with him and then get up when he was asleep. Did this for a short while and then moved him to his cot for naps.

So she will sleep on me, in the car, pram and my bed but will not sleep in the cot.

I tried this morning and she went absolutely mental. I feel like I am never gonna get her to sleep in the cot. It’s so hard
