My boy is 21 months old and does have a speech delay. He seems to have little stranger awareness when it comes to men in particular. He refers to a lot of things as dada and I have noticed he will go up to men and say dada and look at them. He used to sit on their lap when younger but doesn’t do this anymore. He will sometimes put his arms out to be held by them if at a party (so our friends ) but only to men not women. Is this concerning at his age or can it be normal to not have stranger awareness at this age?
