15 month old inconsolable at nappy changes

Looking for some advice because changing my 15 month olds nappy has become IMPOSSIBLE.

I'm going to buy some pull ups later because hopefully that will solve the issue of not being able to get a nappy on.

But I don't know how to deal with the cleaning her up when she's done a poo. She SCREAMS, thrashes, crawls away and is completely inconsolable.

This has been going on for about 3 months now and I was hoping it was just a phase that she would grow out of.

I'm at my wits end! I've tried distracting her with things, singing, putting the TV on, being stern with her, praising her. EVERYTHING! Occasionally giving her a bottle of milk works, but only if she wants it!

Please help! 🆘 my husband works away so it's just me trying to pin a 15 month old covered in poo down! It's not nice for me or her 😩
