Teething at 3 months - top teeth

Hi,

I have a lovely little boy, he's 15 weeks old. I have noticed of late he is constantly chewing his hands, and dribbling so much. Also much more fussy than usual. It looks as though he's cutting his top teeth. But most things I've read online say baby's cut their bottom front two teeth first.
I know he may have just found his hands, but I am convinced he's teething as his gums look as though teeth are cutting. His cheeks are also very flushed.

Is this possible?

Definitely possible. Occasionally some babies are born with teeth so it's not too early Wink
