Imaginary Friends

Feeling a bit worried about DS who is 10. Over the past few weeks he's mentioned imaginary friends they have names and he claims that he can see them.

Today when shopping he sat on a chair and was rocking backwards and forwards talking which sounded a bit like telling a story. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was talking to one of his friends.

He's currently being assessed for dyspraxia and the consultant seemed to be asking a lot of questions with regards to autism.

He seems extremely happy like a regular child at times and then seems sad and starts to display issues with his mental health at others.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
