18 months old - no idea what to expect

So I don’t know many people or have any other babies to know what to expect at 18 moths. My son is 18 months and I am driving myself crazy with worry with what might be normal or not…

he only wants me and screams if I leave his site.
he is waking up loads in the night again even tho he has slept through since he was 9 months. I am so tired, he already is down to 1 nap.
he hits tables/sofa and throws things loads and really hard even tho we tell him no.
he used to love walking but only wants to be carried everywhere now.
he wants his dummy waaaay more than before and is really dribbly - he already has loads of teeth. I want to get rid of it but I feel too exhausted right now.

I just don’t know if I can help fix any of these things or what I can do to help! Or will he just grow out of it. He doesn’t watch tv and we go out for he park every day to wear him out.
please help!!!

Oh and also he flaps his arms when he’s frustrated or annoyed and he still throws food and cutlery every meal.

@louchelashes

not much advice I’m afraid but I have a 17mo DS he’s a lovely little boy speaks loads loves playing with us etc but he does smack quite a bit and also chuck things , he sleeps ok but when he’s teething he wakes up quite a bit too and generally miserable while teething ,he has also gone/going through a stage of wanting to be picked up held a lot .

DS used to be a hand flapper but doesn’t do it anymore but I think that’s normal baby/toddler behaviour .
