5 month old trapped wind in night

As the title says, my 5 month old screams with trapped wind most nights. She is EBF. She rolls and thrashes and screams in her sleep a few times a night. I try pushing both her legs up and sometimes this relieves it - sometimes I’ve counted 20 trumps coming out this way and then she will settle, but then she”ll start screaming again a couple of hours later. Sometimes feeding relaxes her and releases it too. However most nights she will relax in my arms but then as soon as she’s put back down in the crib will start screaming and thrashing again in her sleep.

During the day and before bed I try massaging and double leg pushing but not much comes out. Bicycle legs does nothing. Bath has no impact. She doesn’t have this problem with day time naps, it’s only at night.

How can she possibly have so much wind, any other tips for relieving at night, and what can I do to prevent it on the first place?

Many thanks
