my 5 year old has an excellent memory and remembers every argument I have from my wife.

I hope you don't mind that I am male. I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. Both are developing well and i feel are bright. The complications I am facing regard what my 5 year old is able to remember and the complexity of her questions. To place a context. I work long hours and my wife is a house wife until she decides what she wishes to peruse. She has a PHD and is highly intelligent and since I have only an MSc and MBA she is well equipped but has a certain temper and says certain things in front of the children that I feel unwise. I have asked her more than 79 times to discuss maters with me in person rather than in front of the kids. The eldest is asking me questions during bath time including financial as well as me moving away to be an expat to care for the family. I have chosen to put my children through private education. I have my reasons and my wife does agree as to why. Because I will have to move I am concerned both daughters are not willing to let my wife do anything apart from do their hair. I am bald so I have a good excuse in not understanding hair things. Once I have gone, they will be able to visit or move to me if my wife accepts, or I will use my leave to visit them. The role provides everything financially they will need including funded education to MSc. with health care and many other benefits and a very good salary, around triple of what we receive in the UK and it is tax free. This obviously comes at a price to me as I will be alone a lot in a restrictive environment although with everything paid for. I will miss many years of my daughters lives and worry, once again my Wife may not be able to be "a virtual single mum" while I work.

Any advice?
