Hi I have a 4yo, who in the last week has not stopped telling me ‘ I need a poo’.
my son is toilet trained in the day time and has been a while now, but for the last week he’s been telling me need a poo ALL THE TIME with no result. We’ve been to the GP but they said nothing is wrong physically. When I say all the time I mean at least 7+ times a day! I should also add, the poo he does is always soft and not constipated, he poops once a day then the rest nothing.
we’ve gone through all the thing we can imagine doing, double checking if he needs to go, or if it’s a rumble in the tummy- of course he’ll tell us ‘ it’s coming out right now’ and of course there will be no poop.
not sure what we can do to stop the constantly I need a poo- and and all advice welcome!!
