My DS (28months) has all 20 teeth and has had them for some time, his bottoms molars erupted around a month ago. He has always been an early teether. We have had hell with each tooth coming through with all the signs, bad nappies, flushed cheeks and ears, chewing everything insight, his dummy squeaks he's bites it that hard, irritable. However, over the last week he has been showing all the signs of teething again? Can this happen, even when molars erupt can they continue to grow I. And cause pain? Or am I missing something?
