late puberty - should I worry?

my (just) 14 yr old (daughter)is showing no signs of puberty at all. she is very immature for her age. She has also only lost about 8 of her baby teeth, although the orthodontist says this is not unusual. Am I just being a worried mum, ( I have an 18 year old daughter who developed normally!)

it wouldnt hurt to seek advise from gp they may want to check her hormone levels incase lacking in something

i would normally have thought puberty would have started by now 12 normally being average age of most teenagers but some can be late starters but maybe just get it checked so it can be dealt with sooner if needs to be
