Diarrhea in 3 year old for over a week.

Hello.My son had diarrhea for over a week now followed by one day of high temperature.He's back in pull ups (he hates it) and he's missing school.Can I get anything from the gp to help him go back to normal?We never had diarrhea for so long.Thank you.

I think if it's been a week I'd stop any milk in case he's developed temporary lactose intolerance and ask the GP to check him over and possibly do a stool sample.
