Severe Back Arching

Hi, just want some advice & to see if this is normal behaviour as I am a first time mum.

My 6.5month old has been arching her back since she was tiny, but recently she's been doing it so much. She doesn't seem in pain when she does it, but she balances on her head and puts herself into a crab position whenever on the floor. She's on omeprazole for reflux & also has diagnosed CMPA, but she's still doing it. It's concerning me as it's constant when she's on the floor. Has anyone else's baby done this? I'm thinking of making a GP app as I don't think it's normal.

I can't remember mine doing that but that doesn't mean that it's not a normal thing for babies to do Wink

Rather than see the GP, I'd ask to see your HV. Tell her that you have concerns and fill in the 6 month Ages & Stages and ask her to score it.
