Unwell from 6 month old not sleeping

Hiya, I'm at a loss here, and desperate for help, I'm struggling with my 6 month olds sleep and it's making me so unwell with fever.
Someone please help!

My girl used to sleep through the night but struggled with naps, since 5 1/2 months things changed to bad bedtime as well as bad naps. It's now been almost 3 weeks and she'll either wake an hour after being put into bed and cry until we soothe her, but then 10-15 mins later she'll cry again, and it'll be like that for an entire hour.
Or she'll constantly wake up from 2am and no matter what we do she'll keep waking every 10 mins until we give up at 6am.
My partner is getting barely any sleep either and I'm so unwell from the lack of sleep.
Her wake windows are 2/2.5/2.5/3 hours with bedtime between 7-8pm which used to work great at the start. We try and get one good nap over 1 hour but generally her other 2 will be 40 mins each although sometimes she surprises us; however it doesn't seem to matter how much she naps because her bedtimes are still terrible.

We've tried checking her nappy, whether she's too hot or cold, she still gets a dreamfeed but will still wake and cry an hour after so it's not hunger.
Any ideas on what else to do?

At 6 months we used a sleep consultant to help and we moved from wake windows to more of a schedule. He has a nap at 9am and 1:30pm and then sleeps 12 hours overnight.
Best idea is to check out sleep consultants on social media and seeing if any of their methods appeal to you and might suit you and your baby and might be able to help on your situation.
Does she go to bed awake? Not drowsy or asleep already? If she goes into her crib awake and falls asleep from there then it should help her to fall back to sleep when she wakes up as her environment won’t have changed.
