7 Year old with ADHD suspended

My 7 Year old with diagnosed ( and medicated ) ADHD has been suspended today for hitting a teacher.

I just don't know what to do for the best.

He is impulsive and looses control which resulted in the hitting.

What do I do with him?

This is the third time now.
