Tips for a 3 yo fussy eater

My 3 year old has always been quite fussy with food but it's getting worse. Foods that I know she likes are now rejected and she'd happily live off beans if I let her. She was better at nursery (I think peer pressure) but recently she's refusing to eat there too and is going all day with just a piece of toast and the puddings.
Any tips???

Hi
I came here with the same problem 😔
Her siblings are great eaters!! But, because of circumstances 😒, I couldn't use the same metod with her. What a mess.....
Hoping for success stories! ☺️

Does she drink milk OP and if so, which type does she have and roughy how much in a day?

She has a beaker of full fat cows milk morning and night. Probably around 300ml total.

I have the same issue, looking for tips... My son has always been a picky eater, but now - pancakes and bread of any sort is the only option he will go for and pushes away everything else. Of course kids snacks - he can eat anything if that range... but normal food is a No no. At kindergarten (attending for 2 months) he just sits and eats bread and doesn't touch anything else .
