Son keeps being sick at childminders

My son is 3 years old and has been at his childminders since January. He has always had seperation anxiety when I drop him off but he is usually fine once I have left.
He has now recently started making himself sick whilst he is there. At first we could not understand what was making him sick as he would be fine once he was home. We then realised he is making himself sick as he knows he gets to go home. He has admitted to this to us and says he misses mummy and daddy. We are incredibly concerned as we don't want this to turn into something he does regularly especially as he grows up. We have no idea how to battle this and are getting super stressed about this. He does take a worry monster to his childminders and a Polaroid photo of us in his backpack.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated ☺️

Has the CM said that she's seen him do it? Just wondering how he's making himself sick?

Yeah she said he will be fine and then he will randomly be sick. He doesn't stick his fingers down his throat or anything so I am unsure how he does it

I'm a bit stuck on that one if I'm honest.

Is there something he doesn't like at home? My DS hated hoovering so if he ever didn't want to go to Preschool, which was rare, I'd convince him I'd be hoovering all day so it would be nicer at Pre-School.
