lo broke both big toe nails by bashing feet when lieing on tummy

doesnt seem to realise he is hurting himself..anyone else had this ...what to do??

If he didn't notice , it won't have hurt. Their toe nails are much softer than adults

it's enough to make your stomach turn, isn't it?
DS has done this too, and it didn't bother him a jot...like Lizs said, their nails are softer, and will just break/rip, without taking any of the quick (aaarrrghhhhhhhhhhh....the thought of it) with it

was just worried as nails now shorter than "ought" to be....
