My DD (6 y/o) has recently become very inquisitive around the anatomy of boys and girls and differences in parts of the body.
I've been looking for a factual book around anatomy to help explain things to her that is not focused on SA or where babies come from. I'd like her to have information around naming her own body parts.
Can anyone recommend anything?
I've seen a couple that are ALMOST appropriate but then the reviews say that it's focused entirely on SA or using the term "private parts" instead of naming the part of the body.
There's another which is happy to repeat Mum throughout the book but when it comes to Dad, he is named as "Father" throughout which makes him seem more distant and as if the child should be wary of a closer relationship with her Dad.
