3yrs going on 17

My 3yr old daughter is super ahead, health visitor said she's verbally at the rate of a 5-6 year old and she's also very aware and switched on!!

However, especially over summer, she's literally turned into a tiny teenager. It's gotten worse now she's gone back to nursery and I have no clue how to deal with it.

She was like an angel child this time 2 months ago, always listening, kind and polite, etc etc

But everything now ends in screaming. I asked her to finish up on the toilet (as she doesn't like it when I watch so I usually just stand outside the door or in the next room) and her response to that was screaming and saying 'i don't even care', foot stamping etc etc. I can't even think where she got those words from!! She's VERY influenced by other kids, shes like a parot, even when we are just walking past another kid she will try to copy what they said!! I think she's probably picking up this from playgroup, as I can't figure out where else she would've seen this attitude!

'no' 'i don't want to' 'i hate xyz', followed by screaming, stamping foot. Ive tried a lot to get through to her but it doesn't seem to work

I've tried stickers, sticker charts, rewards, but she seems to just get angry and herself or me when she doesn't behave or listen and it just ends in a temper tantrum and frustration

Ignoring just ends in her screaming something along the lines of 'why are you ignoring me mummy' and another temper.tantrum when I try to explain why I won't respond the way she wants me to

I've tried distractions, empathising, cuddles etc but it seems to all end the same way. It seems to me like she's attention seeking, as she doesn't stop unless I snap (which happens too often at the moment, I'll go through every solution and try everything until I don't have a choice but to snap with a firm voice and give the warning of 'if you dont xyz there's not going to be any TV/treats etc etc). But she will stop, apologise and literally do it again 5 seconds later. It's like she likes it??

She's an only child, but is very attention driven. At playgroup she's always talking at all the other kids rather than talking with them, and loves to show.off to the teachers. Lots of 'look at me' and 'let me show you this very underwhelming half jump fake Roly poly I can do!!' In true toddler style. It's honestly hilarious and she loves to get a reaction from people, but when it comes to bad behaviour, she seems to do the same.

If I ignore, stay calm, she will literally push me for the whole day until she has TV or a treat taken away and it doesn't even seem to bother her?

I feel like I've done something wrong here but I can't think of it. Any advice would be great, not sure if I can deal with the ear piercing screeching much longer
