Entertaining a Tough Audience

My dd is nearly 11 months old but she's still not crawling - barely moving at all - and not interested at all in entertaining herself. She won't play by herself for more than a couple of minutes and screams as soon as she's not getting my full attention. What she likes is sitting opposite me and watching me singing/dancing/talking/juggling whatever. It's not a problem at all - I'm very happy to spend the time with her - but I'm running out of ideas and feel like she is getting tired of my "act", as well as bored with her toys. Anyone know any good games/activities/toys guaranteed to entertain an 11 month old?

I used to lie baby down and tie a helium balloon to his foot in a little slip knot. I went through tonnes of the really bright coloured metallic ones and they used to keep ds entertained for ages. Has to be supervised at all times but I used to sit further and further away from him to get him used to entertaining himself and I wouldn't interact so that he would keep going amusing himself

Have you tried the baby Einstein DVD's. The Mozart one is superb. My DS was the same and I used to let him watch it once everyday(in the morning) for the first few days he would only be happy if I was sat next to him then I could sneak off and get the washing done or make breakfast. He only watches them now once in a blue moon as he is happy to play by himself now whilst listening to the Mozart soundtrack, albeit for short spells, 10-20 minutes.
