Is this chickenpox?

I'm unsure if this is chickenpox. He's got some more on his arms - probably 15 spots in total. Not particularly poorly, but he is grumpy which i had put down to the heat and teething. He's 16 months. Thanks

Are they fluid filled? Chickenpox are little fluid filled vesicles, they crust over after a few days.

They're quite small so it's hard to tell, but yes, quite possibly.
